The collaboration marks a new stage in the relationship between the choir and this talented young group of musicians, and both musical directors are looking forward to the performance with eager anticipation. Last October the two combined to perform the cantata “Weinen, Klagen, Sorben, Zagen” (BMV12) at the Nádor Terem to considerable acclaim, but this will be the first time in which the two have performed such a major work together. This promises to be a truly exciting event for musicians and audience alike.
