The Gabrieli Choir

Eszter Szegedi

Eszter began choir singing in Kodály elementary school, Budapest, Marczibányi tér. Then she went to a high school class specialized for Italian, but after having graduated in letters, the influence of music was still so determining on her, that she began and finished musicology as well. Now she teaches Italian medieval and renaissance literature at Eötvös University and, as a lover of medieval and renaissance music she sings in Schola Hungarica Gregorian choir, too.
