The Gabrieli Choir celebrates its 5th anniversary!

The Gabrieli Choir will be celebrating its fifth anniversary this autumn by giving concerts in Hatvan and Budapest on successive days (Saturday, 6th and Sunday, 7th November), featuring both old and new repertoire.

Concert in Gyöngyöspata

On Sunday 27th June, at the Church of the Virgin Mary (Kisboldogasszony templom, Gyöngyöspata, Fő út 61) the Gabrieli Choir will be giving a concert of English sacred music spanning a period of over 300 years.

Concert at the Italian Cultural Institute

2010-04-27

On Saturday 22nd May,  2010 the Gabrieli Choir will be performing in the second half of a charity concert at the Italian Cultural Institute (Budapest VIII., Bródy Sándor u. 8) given by the Lehigh University Philharmonic Orchestra, who will be visiting Budapest from the United States. The concert will begin at 7. 30 pm.

Concert at the Óbuda Cultural Centre

The Gabrieli Choir has been invited to take part in the annual Spring Choir Festival hosted by the Óbuda Chamber Choir. The concert will take place at the Óbuda Cultural Centre (Budapest III., San Marco u. 81) at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, 12th May.

Concert in Budapest: Fauré's Requiem and 20th-century French motets

2010-03-01 (update the 2010-03-13)

The Gabrieli Choir’s first Budapest concert of 2010 will take place at Herminamezői Szentlélek templom (Budapest XIV, Kassai tér) on Sunday 21st March from 19:30 to 21:00. It will perform there Faure’s Requiem, and motets by Duruflé, Poulenc and Villette.

Concert in Kecskemét: Fauré's Requiem and 20th-century French motets

2010-03-01 (update the 2010-03-13)

The Gabrieli Choir’s first concert of 2010 will take place at Szent Miklós templom, Kecskemét on Saturday 20th March from 18:30 to 19:45. It will perform there Faure’s Requiem, and motets by Duruflé, Poulenc and Villette.
